Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Glamozo, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return, refund, and exchange process, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request must include product images (with and without packaging) and a 360-degree unboxing video.
- All original components and accessories must be included in the return.
- Returns are not accepted for certain items such as consumables, undergarments, used electronics, or products that are damaged or altered, unless defective or incorrect.
If the correct ordered item is received without any issues, returns will not be accepted. Exchanges are subject to availability.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, damaged, altered, or undergarments.
- Used electronics.
- Items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request at the Return/Exchange Page within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) to be returned, and product images and a 360-degree unboxing video.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipment.
4. Return Shipping
Glamozo will cover the cost of return shipping if the item qualifies for return based on the conditions mentioned above.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days after approval.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability:
- To request an exchange, submit your request at the Return/Exchange Page.
- If the desired size or color is unavailable, we reserve the right to reject the request.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be processed once all conditions are met.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order:
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the product is found to be faulty or incorrect.
8. Important Note on Returns and Exchanges
If the correct ordered item is received without any issues, the return will not be accepted. Exchanges are only possible subject to availability and are not guaranteed for all products.
