Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. 
- 
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. 
- 
To request cancellation, contact us at care@glamozo.com or via WhatsApp with your order details. 
Returns & Replacements
- 
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. 
- 
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof (photo or video) showing the issue. 
- 
Return is accepted if: - 
Wrong item is delivered. 
- 
Item is defective, damaged, or Dead on Arrival (DOA). 
- 
Item has a manufacturing defect. 
 
- 
- 
Non-Returnable Items: - 
Personal care items (trimmers, shavers, earphones, etc.) once used. 
- 
Hygiene-related products. 
- 
Any item not in its original condition due to customer handling.

Refunds
- 
Once your return is picked up and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection. 
- 
If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately, and processed as per your payment gateway timelines (usually 3–7 business days). 
- 
Refunds include product value and any shipping charges paid. 
Important Notes
- 
Customers must provide clear photo/video proof of issues to claim returns or refunds. 
- 
In case of replacements, shipping will be free of cost. 
- 
Quality check is mandatory for all electronic returns before approval.
